VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN WILL BE AVAILABLE BY 4:00 p.m.  Some committees will be working to set up before that. Please let us know on your registration form if you are not available by 5:30.  If you are not contacted about a specific job, you are assigned as a BUDDY and your job will be to ensure that your assigned guest has a good time participating in our activities. 


BUDDIES:   PLEASE check-in between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m.  Our guests check-in between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. and we must have buddies available to assign at that time.
